Do you require deposits for appointments?
Yes, we require a $25 deposit for all new clientele. For extension services, we require a $300 deposit.
Can I bring my child?
We do not permit children under the age of 12 in the salon. Unless they have an appointment scheduled.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require a 24hr notice for any cancellation. There will be a $25 fee for same-day cancellations, and no-call, no-show appointments will be charged 50% of the allotted appointment.

How often should I come in for maintenance?
- For Hair Color: we recommend coming in every 3-6 months. Everyone’s hair is different so this may vary.
- For Eyelash Extensions: we recommend coming in every 2-3 weeks. This depends on your eyelash maintenance.
